1. Processing Times

  • Prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, plus courier shipping time.
  • Original artwork is usually dispatched within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Sale items are usually dispatched within 5 working days

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Transglobal Express, depending on order value and destination.

3. Original Artwork

Original Artwork is sent mounted, unless otherwise stated, via post and will be insured. All original artwork comes with free Worldwide shipping and a certificate of authenticity.


4. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.

This means:

  • Import duties, taxes or customs fees are not included in the shipping cost
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Fees may be collected by your local customs authority before delivery

We recommend checking potential import charges with your local customs office before placing an order. Artwork is normally exempt. These HS codes are used:

Prints - 97029000

Georgie Turner Artist cannot be held responsible for any customs fees incurred.


5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Every item is carefully and securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow the process below:

  1. Email georgie@georgieturnerartist.co.uk as soon as possible
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs of:
    • The damaged item
    • The outer packaging

This evidence allows us to contact the courier and investigate the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement item (if available), or
  • An alternative item, or
  • A gift card or refund if the item is no longer in stock

Please do not use the website reviews section to report damage — all issues must be handled via email so they can be properly resolved.


6. Returns

A note before you return

As a small independent business, each order is carefully made, packed and sent. Returns have a real impact on both a small business and the environment, so we kindly encourage thoughtful ordering where possible.

Return window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

This applies to all standard items unless otherwise stated below.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:

  • Personalised items
  • Bespoke commissioned artwork
  • Custom items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Personalised and bespoke work includes any items created specifically for you or altered from standard listings.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition
  • Items must be securely packaged for transit
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that are damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to return an item

  1. Email georgie@georgieturnerartist.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. You will be given the return address and instructions
  3. Send your item back using a tracked service and keep proof of postage
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


7. Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.


8. EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
