Original artwork requires extra special attention for shipping, so Georgie will email you directly to arrange delivery. This is to ensure that, no matter where you are in the World, the best delivery options are chosen.

Frames

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork will not come framed. This is because glass is prohibited by most courier services and if the glass breaks during transit, it could do irreparable damage to the art.

If you are local to Stratford-upon-Avon and are willing to collect your artwork, you can keep the frame if the art is already framed.

Processing & Shipping Time

6 - 9 business days for U.K.

8 - 20 business days for International (depends on location)

For peace of mind, you have 30 days to return your original artwork. You are responsible for returns postage which must be tracked and the artwork must be packaged up properly so no damage happens in transit. Please review the returns policy for full information on returning original art.
