Ever wandered what a 'Nosy Pony' is? My signature style of horse drawing, where the nose is the most prominent feature, has increased in popularity in the last 2 years because of the cheeky and playful way your horses can be captured through art. Every horse owner understands the velvety softness and the smell of... I can't describe it in words. But if you know, you know!
Favourably titled Nosy Pony, this craze started when I drew a picture of my horse, Polly and the reaction on Instagram told me that this should be a style to pursue!

In 2024, I decided to hold a Nosy Pony exhibition at The Game Fair in July, and it was made up of 9 horses and ponies, each with their own unique personality. These special commissions have now gone to their respective homes, but you can see the final pieces here:

Since this style began, it has increased in popularity as bespoke commissions, because fellow horse lovers truly understand the feeling of a horse's nose in your face. One of my earliest Nosy Pony commissions was of a Grand Prix dressage horse called Sol, ridden by the beautiful Ottilie Bardsley.
