The Vision:

A new home, bare walls. A desire to feel at peace, cherishing the moments that you feel happiest. You want art that brings you joy, memories of a childhood spent outdoors, or memories of adulthood enjoying the countryside. You want earthy tones, to feel calm and connected to nature. Proud of being British, proud of the countryside. Preserving the precious earth and honouring its memory through art.

The Inspiration:

Crunch of gravel under your feet. Horses grazing behind post and rail fencing. In the distance, you spot a deer lying by a hedgerow. It moves when it sees you. The splash of mud up your wellington boots. Remembering the days when you looked up at a horse and saw a muzzle the size of your head, droplets of water from the morning dew dripping off the whiskers. The smell of Autumn as the leaves started to fall. Wind rushing through your hair, the cold biting at your fingertips.

The Outcome:

You're sat by the fire. Hot chocolate in hand. Wet and muddy clothes are being cleaned, the gentle hum of the washing machine behind closed doors. Muddy paws washed, dogs are resting. The horses are fed. The sheep are happy. Walls are adorned with art that reminds you of the outdoors. Nostalgia seeps in. Feeling cosy, knowing you'll happily wrap back up in your tweed jacket and step back out into the countryside in the morning.

No, I don't offer framing. It is such a personal choice and the risk of glass damaging the artwork is too great. I do, however, offer framing guidance, which can be viewed here on this blog post here.

Carefully rolled in a tube for ultimate protection.

No, in fact it is one of safest ways to postage artwork as the tubes are so sturdy, there is very little chance of damage compared to sending flat artwork.

Unrolling and flattening your artwork is very easy. Simply lay the artwork face down on the paper it was delivered in and then lay some heavy books on the back. After a few hours, it should be flat enough to fit into a frame, however I would advise leaving it overnight.
