This word gets thrown around so easily by many companies, but I am eager to share what I am doing as an individual to really consider how my business affects the planet.
I am very passionate about everything I sell being made in the U.K. as the majority of my customers are from the U.K.
The suppliers that I use for all my products are based in the U.K. and as I grow bigger I aim to ensure that all the wholesale stock that my designs go onto will eventually all be made in the U.K. too
Something I can definitely control well is the packaging. All your products are sent in a cardboard box with tape that can be recycled. The thank you note inside the parcel is plantable and I have added a QR code to the note to direct you to more information about your purchase. This massively cuts down on paper. Finally, the nuggets inside the packaging are fully biodegradable - just run them under the tap, it is so satisfying!
