Shipping destinations and rates vary depending on the product and all are outlined below.
Please note that any products sent from the UK to other countries are likely to incur import duties and customs charges. These are sent DDU (duties unpaid) and are the responsibility of the recipient to pay. Georgie accepts no responsibility for parcels being returned if customs charges are not paid.

Processing Times

Prints are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing, plus courier shipping time.

Prints
Open edition prints are now shipped via a network of fulfilment partners across the World, produced locally in most cases to reduce any import charges. In some cases, taxes, duties or handling charges may still apply depending on the destination, product and production route. Processing times may vary depending on your location.
Collector's Edition prints are sent from the UK. Free Worldwide shipping is available on all prints to these areas:

*Framed and rolled prints cannot be sent, but canvas prints and collector's editions can)

Original Artwork is sent from the UK and will be mounted, unless otherwise stated, via post and will be insured. All original artwork comes with free worldwide shipping and a certificate of authenticity.

Damaged or Lost Parcels
Every item is carefully and securely packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, please follow the process below:

Include your order number and clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The outer packaging
This evidence allows Georgie to contact the courier and investigate the issue.
Where appropriate, you will be offered either:
- A replacement item (if available)
- An alternative item
- A gift card or refund if the item is no longer in stock
Please do not use the website reviews section to report damage — all issues must be handled via email so they can be properly resolved.
Returns
Return window
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
This applies to all standard items unless otherwise stated below.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described:
- Personalised items
- Bespoke commissioned artwork
- Custom items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Personalised and bespoke work includes any items created specifically for you or altered from standard listings.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged and in original condition
- Items must be securely packaged for transit
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that are damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to return an item

- You will be given the return address and instructions
- Send your item back using a tracked service and keep proof of postage

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of ordering. If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, but once your open edition print has been sent to production there is no way of cancelling (it is sent into production 12 hours after you order). If ordering other art from the EU, you cannot cancel once the order is posted.
